What Comes
In The Unit
A prehung door is the whole opening in one piece: the slab already hung on its jamb, stop applied, hinges set, casing bundled. It goes into a rough opening plumb and square, and the trim carpenter is done in minutes.
Priced per opening. Add-ons and delivery or install are itemized on the quote.

Slab
1-3/8" interior slab, factory primed and ready for your paint. Hollow or solid core by style.
4-5/8" Jamb
& Stop
Finger-jointed jamb sized for standard 2×4 walls, stop applied, hinges mortised and set.
Three Hinges
& Casing
Three hinges on every unit plus WM473 colonial casing for both sides of the opening.
Add-Ons
Privacy lever set, S4S flat casing in place of colonial, delivery to the site or install by our crew.

Questions
How long does a prehung interior door take?
Stocked styles and sizes are typically ready for pickup or delivery within days of a confirmed quote. Special orders — custom sizes, fire-rated, stain grade — are quoted with a real date.
Where do you deliver?
Across Florida. South Florida from the Keys to Palm Beach and across to Naples and Fort Myers is on regular runs; anywhere else in the state is quoted per trip. See service areas. Pickup in Homestead is free.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One door for a bathroom remodel or two hundred for a townhome community both come off the same rack. Per-opening pricing steps down with quantity.
What size and thickness are the doors?
Stocked slabs are 1-3/8" thick, 6-8 (80") tall, in 2-0, 2-4, 2-6, 2-8, 2-10 and 3-0 widths, hung on a 4-5/8" jamb for standard 2×4 walls. Other jamb depths and heights are special order.
Are the doors painted?
They arrive factory primed, ready for your finish coat. Paint after installation so nail holes and caulk are covered.
Which way does the door swing — how do I tell the handing?
Stand where the door swings away from you: hinges on your left is left-hand, on your right is right-hand. Our measuring guide has pictures and the rough-opening chart.
Can I get solid core, fire-rated, bifold or French doors?
Solid core is stocked in the Destino and Melrose styles and available in any style on order. Twenty-minute rated units, bifolds, bypass and French doors are quoted by the desk — use the “Don’t see your door?” card above.
What is your warranty?
Manufacturer warranties on slabs, glass and hardware pass through to you. Warranty and return terms are printed on every quote — ask the desk if you want them before you order.
