Hollow and solid core, 1-3/8" primed slabs on 4-5/8" finger-jointed jambs, three hinges, casing bundled. Shaker, louvered, frosted lite and raised-panel styles. See the styles →

Impact Doors
Fiberglass and steel entry units, impact-rated doors with Miami-Dade NOA and Florida Product Approval for HVHZ and wind-borne debris regions. Quoted per opening.

Hardware
Levers, knobs, deadbolts, hinges, closers and exit devices from Schlage, Kwikset, Baldwin, Hager, Deltana and Design Hardware. Keyed alike by building on request.
Mouldings
& Trim
Casing, base, crown and stop in primed finger-joint and MDF. WM473 colonial and S4S flat profiles stocked; other profiles by the pallet.

Approve the quote, set delivery dates per floor or per phase. A 50% deposit reserves the run; the balance is due on delivery.

Is there a minimum order for contractor pricing?
No hard minimum. Per-opening pricing steps down with quantity, and a punch-list door ordered against an open job is priced at that job’s rate. Tell the desk the size of the run and we’ll tell you where it lands.
How fast can you turn a takeoff?
Most residential door schedules come back within one business day. Large commercial sets with fire-rated and hardware-heavy openings can take two to three days; we tell you the date when we receive the plans.
Do you deliver outside South Florida?
Yes. Standard prehung units and hardware ship anywhere in Florida. Delivery is quoted per trip based on distance from Homestead and the number of units; large runs to the west coast or Central Florida are usually consolidated by phase.
Can you match a door already installed on the job?
Usually. Send a photo and the slab thickness and we’ll match the style, core and casing profile from our stocked lines or quote a special order with a lead time.
Do you supply fire-rated and commercial hollow-metal doors?
Yes, on quote. Twenty-minute rated wood units, 45/60/90-minute hollow-metal doors and knock-down or welded frames are ordered per project with submittals on request.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit reserves a run; the balance is due at delivery. Ask the desk about terms for repeat accounts.
Can I order online instead of calling?
Yes. The Counter builds a quote for stocked interior units in a couple of minutes and applies your account pricing once the desk confirms it.
