1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at gmillwork.net (the “Site”), operated by G Millwork (“G Millwork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Services

The Site provides information about G Millwork’s products and services, including doors, frames, millwork, moulding, and related building products. The Site allows visitors to browse product information and submit requests for quotes, pricing, and general inquiries.

The Site does not process orders or payments. Any quote, price, or product information presented on or through the Site is for informational purposes only, is not an offer to sell, and does not create a binding contract. All sales are subject to a separate written quote, order acknowledgment, or purchase agreement issued by G Millwork.

4. Quote Requests and Submitted Information

When you submit a quote request, contact form, or other inquiry through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for the accuracy of all specifications, measurements, quantities, and other details you provide.

Quotes issued in response to a Site request are estimates only. Pricing, availability, and lead times are subject to change and subject to confirmation by G Millwork. Quotes expire in accordance with the terms stated on the quote document.

By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by G Millwork by email, telephone, and text message regarding your inquiry, as described in Section 5.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Consent. By providing your mobile phone number to G Millwork through this Site or otherwise, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your account, quotes, orders, deliveries, appointments, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. G Millwork is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or lead generators. Phone numbers may be shared only with our telecommunications and messaging service providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, and those providers are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose. Carrier Liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or the servers or networks connected to it
• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content except as permitted in Section 7
• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harvest or collect information about other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product renderings, specifications, layouts, and software — is the property of G Millwork or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Site content for your personal or internal business purposes in connection with evaluating our products and services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

The G Millwork name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of G Millwork. Third-party manufacturer names, brands, and trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Product Information and Availability

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that such information is complete, current, or error-free. Product images are representative; actual products may vary in color, grain, finish, and appearance due to the natural characteristics of wood and other materials, manufacturing variation, and differences in monitor display.

We reserve the right to correct errors, change specifications, and discontinue products at any time without notice.

Nothing in this Section limits or disclaims any product warranty offered by G Millwork or a manufacturer under a separate written agreement, quote, or order.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, G MILLWORK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and G Millwork regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. These Terms do not supersede the terms of any separate written quote, order acknowledgment, credit agreement, or purchase agreement between you and G Millwork, which govern the sale of products.
